Australian Skilled Immigration

Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189)
If you are a skilled worker and don’t have a sponsor employer then you can apply for a skilled independent visa. Your job category should be on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). Your EOI should be strong for selection. Ensure that no false information is in your EOI.
Sponsored Provisional Visa (subclass 489)
If you wish to work in regional Australia then you can apply for provisional sponsorship. If you get selected then you’ll be awarded a temporary visa but you can get a permanent visa by applying for it.
Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)
If you have the sponsorship of a state or a family member that is living in Australia. Your job category should be on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) or Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or Regional Occupation List (ROL). But after getting this visa you cannot stay anywhere you like, you need to stay in the designated area.
Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)
If you have a sponsorship of a state then you can apply for skill nominated visa. Your job category should be on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) or Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL). You are allowed to live at any place in Australia but you are answerable to the state that is sponsoring you.
Graduate Temporary Visa (Subclass 485)
If you have completed your education in Australia and want to stay longer then you can apply for Graduate Temporary Visa. You need to qualify for a CRICOS-registered course.
Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482)

Australian Investment & Business Visa
Australia provides opportunities for investors and businessmen to contribute to their economy. As you know Australia has a strong economy so, expanding or relocating your business to Australia is a good option. The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) is a better option for this purpose. If your age is under 55 and wishes to own a business in Australia then you can apply for this visa. You can live in Australia for five years with this visa. You can also take your family members with you. If you want to stay permanently in Australia then you can also apply for permanent residency. The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) has 4 following streams.
Business Innovation Stream
If you want to build your business in Australia then this is the best option for you but you need to get a nominee from a territory or state. Your turnover in another business for 2 out of 4 years should be at least AUD 500,000.
Investor stream
If you want to invest in Australia then you can apply for this category. But you need to invest at least AUD 1.5 million and do your business there for a minimum of 2 years. you need to get a nominee from a territory or state.
Significant Investor stream
If you want to invest AUD 5 million and do your business after the provisional visa time then this is a perfect choice for you. you need to get a nominee from a territory or state or Australian Trade Commission (Austrade). You need to stay in Australia for a minimum of 40 days a year during this visa.
Premium Investor stream
Premium investor stream is a good choice if you want to invest AUD 15 million in premium institutions of Australia. you need to get a nominee from the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade). You need to stay for 4 years and 3 months.
Australian Family Visa
If you are a permanent resident or citizen of Australia, you can apply for an Australian visa for your family members. You can sponsor your family members. You need to submit an undertaking that you can support your family members for the first 2 years. Each member is assessed individually by Australian authorities. You can apply for the following visas according to your case.
Spouse Visa
If you are married for at least 12 years then you can apply for a spouse visa. You need to clear health and other tests for eligibility requirements. You can apply for permanent resident status after living for two years in Australia. Some cases are exceptional in which you don’t need to wait for 2 years like if you are married for 5 years.
